BOARD & LODGING

The organisers will provide the Main Draw teams with hotel accommodation (double room) in the  Organizer's designated Hotel and with meals from May 28 evening until breakfast June 3 (Teams depart on June 3).

Athletes will be personally responsible for all extras at the hotel such as mini-bar, phone calls, laundry, etc. to be paid upon checkout.

The organisers will not be required to make reservations for coaches, guests, teams’ physiotherapists, friends, or family members accompanying the participating athlete.
