Lausanne, Switzerland, May 6, 2018 - The busiest weekend in FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour history concludes on Sunday with medals being decided at four sites where 28 men’s and women’s teams from 15 countries are in contention for international beach volleyball podium placements in the Philippines, Cambodia, Turkey and the United States.
As the action started on Tuesday in the United States in southern California for the $300,000 Huntington Beach Open, the four FIVB World Tour will generate close to a half-million dollars in prize money with a total of 54 countries entering over 300 men's and women's teams in the beach volleyball stops.
